Hotel AI Assistant — ask about the figures — and learn what you can do

An advisor on 18 module pages: the «Ask the assistant» button opens a panel that has read the figures on the page you are on. It finds up to five findings, says what they mean for earnings and what you can do — and answers your own questions with a source. No monthly fee: you pay per answer from a balance, or use your own AI key.

No monthly fee · No commitment · Reads only the figures on the page · the hotel's own figures are never taken from the web · no personal data

Do you know the answers?

2 questions most hotels cannot answer

The figures are already on the dashboard. The hard part is seeing which of them call for action today — and what the action is.

1

What in these figures should we act on now?

2

Why does the figure look like this, and what do we do?

Part 1 of 2 · The findings

The panel opens with what calls for action

One click on «Ask the assistant», and the panel reads the page's figures with the selections that are set — period, VAT, filters. It finds up to five findings, sorted by impact on earnings. A click on a finding writes the answer in a fixed form: deviation, impact, action, follow-up and source.

  • ✓Up to five findings — the most important first — measured by what it means for earnings
  • ✓Answer in a fixed form — deviation · chart vs. last year · impact · action · follow-up · source
  • ✓Only the page's figures — the server recalculates the figures — the web is used only for industry facts, and the links are checked
  • ✓On 18 module pages — Sales Channels, Booking Insights, Management Report, B2B Sales … — never on set-up pages
  • ✓Kept for the day — a new click is instant; «Find new» fetches the findings afresh
Part 2 of 2 · Your own question

Write your own — and get an advisor's answer with a source

Ask as you would ask a colleague: «Why did direct sales fall?» The answer reads the page's figures like an advisor, says what the hotel can do, and ends with a source line — page, period and selections — so the figure can be found again. If the question belongs to another module, the answer links there.

  • ✓Free question — in your own words — no fixed buttons to choose from
  • ✓Source line on every answer — page · period · selections — the figure can be found again
  • ✓Cross-references — if the answer belongs to another module, the link is in the answer
  • ✓Danish or English — the answer follows the user's language

Why did direct sales fall in September?

Direct sales are €5,147 below September last year — the whole fall is in weekend stays.

At the same time Booking.com rose 6 pp, so the guests are there — they just book somewhere else.

Set a direct weekend rate below the OTA rate in October, and measure the share again in four weeks.

Where the answer is

The assistant reads the pages — the modules deliver the figures

The more modules the hotel has, the more pages the assistant can read. These three are the ones it most often finds something on.

Questions and answers

What hotels ask us

What does the Hotel AI Assistant cost?
No monthly fee. You top up a balance of €27, €67 or €134 (+ VAT), and each answer is drawn from the balance. If you use your own Claude or OpenAI key, we charge nothing.
Where do the figures in the answers come from?
Only from the page you are on. The server recalculates the page's figures, and every answer has a source line with page and selections. The hotel's own figures are never taken from the web.
Does the assistant use the internet?
Only to back up a finding with industry facts — at most three searches, and the links are checked. Your own figures never come from there.
Which pages does it work on?
18 module pages, for example Sales Channels, Booking Insights, Management Report and B2B Sales — never on Administration or set-up pages.
Does the assistant see personal data?
No. In-House and Forms send only figures, B2B Sales only company figures and Reviews only totals.
